Is the saw motor included?
Yes. The Panel Pro includes a 14 amp Ryobi motor with a 7 ¼ inch blade.
Is assembly required?
All the critical parts of the Panel Pro are pre-assembled in our factory. But for ease of shipment your Panel Pro will arrive in four parts which you put together. This will take a few minutes using simple hand tools. The four parts are the center frame with saw carriage, the right wing, the left wing, and the bottom support.
Can I ship it UPS?
No. The size of the packaging is too large for UPS. It ships by a common carrier truck and you can pick it up at the local terminal or have it delivered to your door.
How do I attach the rulers (Horizontal and Vertical)?
Horizontal Rulers: Mount the metal extrusions (with the rulers in them) to the top of the base support panel that your material slides across. Make sure the measurement is facing you. Once this is done you can adjust your rulers to the thickness of the blade you are using by sliding them in the extrusions. Once the rulers are adjusted affix them using a glue or strong tape so they will not move.
Vertical (Rip) Rulers: Attach the ruler ends to the eye bolts. Then attach the eyebolts to the top and bottom of the guide tube bracket plates (just inside the left guide tube). Then attach the adjustable rip indicator to the top left side of the motor mounting plate. Now just adjust your indicator in the slot provided to the correct ripping height.
